An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head of Operations and Strategy to join the world’s first national graduate school for the arts & humanities as Head of Operations. Supporting the Director and the Executive of the Scottish Graduate School for Arts & Humanities (SGSAH) in the delivery of the vision, you will ensure key performance indicators are achieved and hold overall accountability for the operational leadership and management of the organisation, which will include its major Doctoral Training Partnership (DTP) studentship scheme funded by the Arts & Humanities Research Council (AHRC).

Reporting to the Director of SGSAH you will develop, implement and oversee all operational strategies and processes to ensure that the organisation is reliable, trusted, efficient, sustainable and innovative.

Salary will be on the Management, Professional and Administrative Grade, level 9, £51,630- £58,089 per annum.
