Each team member brings a unique skill set from academia, industry, entrepreneurship, training design & delivery or programme management, which combined allows us to create and deliver exceptional training experiences.
About this Session
In the changing context of academic funding in the UK, and the introduction of the Knowledge Exchange Framework, there is a growing expectation to be able to manage effective collaborations both inside and outside of academia. Based on a government white paper and responses from the Wellcome Trust this online workshop explores the best practice that you can employ to ensure a well-managed relationship and effectively run project. This is an interactive workshop where you will be challenged to consider how to apply the concepts into your real world situations.
