SGSAH Doctoral Internship & Residencies Programme

Paid internship and artist opportunities organised by the Scottish Graduate School for Arts and Humanities.‌

The next round of opportunities will be advertised in September. SAVE THE DATE for Meet the Host, Wednesday 6 September, 6pm-8pm.

  • Open to any doctoral researcher in arts and humanities regardless of funding source.
  • Connect your research skills and creative practice with organisations in the creative, cultural and heritage sectors to develop impact and make a difference.
  • If you hold an AHRC Doctoral Training Partnership Studentship, you can organise your own internship or residency at any time. Click here for more details.

The SGSAH Doctoral Internship and Residency Programme allows PhD students to contribute their skills and generate real value through substantial work for an external organisation whilst growing their networks and developing practical knowledge exchange and public engagement expertise.
